Time Management without Planning, isn’t Time Management

You can make the most of your time only when it is thoroughly planned. When we talk about planning, it is not necessarily about following a strict routine, instead it means making smarter decisions based on knowing the right time to do a task or an activity. But how do we know when the right time is? As humans, we have something we refer to as our body clock—and this is what we will use to determine when to plan important things for.

Do you feel energised and mentally focused in the morning? Or are you a night owl? Knowing when your slumps occur will assist you in planning the most urgent and important things during the right times.

  1. The pandemic has also been a blessing in disguise, some of us who function better in the evening “night owls “are now able to get more work done with the new work from home. No rushing to and from work in traffic to be more miserable and still not get everything done. One is more relaxed and can be more productive at your own pace.

  2. I love the flexibility that this pandemic has allowed us to be, and forced us to be more disciplined with our time
