Hannes has been involved in the training industry for the past 10 years. He has worked for various companies including:

- Executives and Managers in Mining industry (Goldfields, Anglo America Platinum)
- Executives, Heads, Managers, Team leaders and Colleagues in the Financial industry (Absa,FNB)
- Executives and Heads of Departments in the Manufacturing industry (ASSA Abloy)
He is a qualified Behaviour Specialist, registered Psychologist but most importantly a new dad to a baby daughter.
A fun fact about Hannes is that he was a professional athlete and represented SA at the 2008 Beijing Olympics
