Kerston Foods started the journey with GHM in 2015 where the Executive Team were taken through the GHM Management and Leadership Development Programme. This year long course really educated and equipped our team to think strategically and to implement the classroom learning into their everyday roles. From this point forward, GHM worked with our business, as a strategic partner. They moved the needle on our Teamwork, Collaboration and Business results. with our diverse workforce, it proved crucial to align all employees and to ensure we have the correct focus and strategy to improve our Diversity & Inclusion.
