The best way to utilize your time is to take one thing at a time and accomplish it before jumping to the next thing. Make a list of tasks that need to be accomplished in terms of their priority and importance to achieving your goals.   1. I feel at times we are forced into multitasking. Our time is important and we should be firm in planning and ensuring quality outcomes.

  2. I think women in general feel like multitasking is something we are born with but actually it’s the influx of tasks and duties that makes us end up multitasking.I’ve now realised that it reduces your efficiency and performance because your brain can only focus on one thing at a time.

  3. In my recent experience, multi tasking prolongs tasks as you don’t actually finish them as well as you should. there will always be a something that gets neglected

  4. This is where my diary becomes by bibles, because I write everything down, and plan everthing.
